Used by the login and consent application for interactions started with prompt=none. Other interactions are rejected with 400. The Wingspan session token is optional. If it is missing or invalid, the call returns 200 with a Redirect result carrying the login_required error. Otherwise it completes the interaction without a consent screen and returns the terminal result for interactionId: an authorization code redirect, or an error redirect or direct error. The response is not cacheable.
