List Worker Payables Summary rows

Returns the Worker Report rows (GET /reports/payees), each with payablesSummary: the payables paid to the payee, on or off platform, with paidAt in filter[paidAt]. The range scopes the totals, not the rows: every payee is listed, with zero counts when nothing was paid. Omit the range for all time. Totals are per currency. pagination.totalSize is returned on the first page only.

Filters use deep-object query parameters, for example filter[paidAt][gte]=2026-01-01&filter[paidAt][lte]=2026-12-31. A date-only lte includes that whole day (UTC).
