Start an OAuth authorization interaction using form serialization

Form-encoded variant of GET /v3/platform/oauth/authorize. Accepts the same parameters in an application/x-www-form-urlencoded body and returns the same results: 302 to the login and consent application, 302 to the registered redirect_uri with an OAuth error, or 400 with an OAuth error body.
