RFC 7592 client configuration update. Authenticates with the client's registration access token and replaces the registration metadata. Send the current wingspan_policy_version; a stale value returns 409. token_endpoint_auth_method, software_id and software_version cannot be changed and must be resent as registered. wingspan_protected_resources must be the Wingspan API audience. The update can keep or narrow the client's access, never widen it.
