Get required bank fields for a country and currency

https://api.wingspan.app/v3/finance/bank-account-countries/{country}/currencies/{currency}

Returns one currency row for country plus the bank fields required to register an external bank account for that pair. Each requiredFields key names the POST /v3/finance/external-bank-accounts property it fills; a present key means the field is required. Returns 404 when bank accounts in country cannot be paid in currency, and 422 when the pair's field rules cannot be read.
