Get a biometric identity verification

Retrieve a single BiometricIdentityVerification by ID.

Payee-scoped by design — this resource carries government-ID data, so only the account it belongs to reads it here. A payer addressing it gets 404, the same answer as a verification that does not exist, and reaches the data through the embed on their own BiometricIdentityVerificationRequest once that request is terminal.
