The bearer token selects the request. No account login, account header, or request identifier is needed. Returns only the payee presentation, masked bank details, cap, versioned terms, and completion state. After acceptance the token permits only acceptance retries and receipt recovery, not signing-session reads or deposit confirmation. Never returns confirmationToken.
