List authorizations

https://api.wingspan.app/v3/platform/authorizations

Returns a paginated list of Authorizations visible to the authenticated Person on the selected Account context. A ServiceAccount filter matches grants whose granteeType is ServiceAccount; the ServiceAccount itself cannot call this management route. Accounts remain excluded because they are resource subjects, not bearer principals.
