List identity verifications for a person (read-only mirror)

Lists identity verification records where this Person is the subject. Creation, updates, and lifecycle actions use /v3/onboarding/identity-verifications. This endpoint is Person-scoped and does not accept X-Wingspan-Account. Including the header returns 400 AccountScopeNotApplicable.
