List sync activities (audit)

Append-only audit of entity correspondence between Wingspan and the partner. Filter by ?filter[entityType][eq]=, ?filter[entityId][eq]=, ?filter[action][eq]=, ?filter[isError][eq]=, ?filter[isHidden][eq]=, ?filter[displayName][eq]= (case-insensitive exact match), and ?filter[createdAt][gte]=/?filter[createdAt][lte]= (inclusive range). Sorted newest-first (createdAt) by default; pass ?sort=-createdAt or ?sort=createdAt to be explicit.
