Submit person setup via a one-time invite token

Token-authenticated. Submits display/profile attributes needed to activate an invited Person after credentials have been configured by the authentication flow. The target Person and access scope are encoded in the bearer token; no IDs in the body, no X-Wingspan-Account header. Identity-of-record and requirement fulfilment data are handled by their owning compliance/onboarding surfaces, not this endpoint.

Token-authenticated submission. Server resolves the target Person and any scoped Stakeholder from the invite token; no IDs are accepted in the body.
