Update an Account's parent link

Updates modes and metadata on the existing link. The caller needs Write authority on the parent Account; ServiceAccount authority must extend to descendants. The child's own admin, Principal, or API key cannot change the link without that parent authority. Omitted keys are unchanged. Metadata merges by key and null removes a key; an inheritance mode cannot be null. Parent and Organization identities are immutable. PATCH never creates a missing link.

Merge by key; null removes a key. Keys must be nonempty, cannot start with $, and cannot contain a dot or null byte. The key __proto__ is reserved by the wire transport. The resulting map accepts at most 50 keys.

A direct ServiceAccount API key MUST supply this header, and the target must be within the ServiceAccount owner's or Authorization grant's Account boundary. A Person bearer may select an Account on which it has an active Stakeholder, and an Account session may select its bound Account (or a descendant only when the session explicitly includes descendants).
