Returns, as JSON, the same signed link that GET /payments/payer-card-sessions/evidence puts in its Location header, under the same capability and scope. Use it where a redirect cannot be followed, such as a browser page that must navigate to the file rather than fetch it from script. Do not store the link; it expires at expiresAt.
