List active anonymous-payment links

https://api.wingspan.app/v3/payments/invoices/{invoiceId}/payment-links

Returns the Invoice's active link metadata without its bearer secret. Because at most one link is active, data contains zero or one item. Reuse the original Idempotency-Key on create to recover the exact create result, including the secret, after a lost response.
