List MFA challenges bound to a session (read-only mirror)

Read-only session-side mirror. Verb endpoints live on /v3/platform/mfa-challenges. Useful for diagnosing step-up flow state (which challenges have been verified, expired, or failed) for the calling session. Requires a session-backed bearer; API keys cannot enumerate challenge state.
