Get a download link for the invoice PDF using the payer-view token

https://api.wingspan.app/v3/payments/payer-invoice-view//pdf-url

Returns a signed link to the invoice PDF. Available once the invoice has been sent. Unknown tokens and invoices whose PDF is not available both return 404. Do not store the link; it expires at expiresAt.
